We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to own the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our revenue engine humming. This isn’t just about cleaning data or updating reports; it’s a detail-heavy role that directly supports how we grow, retain, and forecast revenue across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keep our HubSpot and Totango data clean, current, and decision-ready

  • Track and surface real-time sales and success performance and spot issues before they escalate

  • Bring clarity to our pipeline and forecasts through custom reporting and cross-team collaboration

  • Act as the glue between revenue teams: Sales, Success, and Leadership rely on you to spot trends and improve processes

  • Own integrations and deployment of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Gong, and help scale them as we grow

  • Use analytical tools to dig into metrics and surface insights that drive action

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have done this before: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a B2B SaaS company is a must

  • Have a sharp eye for details, catching inconsistencies, double-checking numbers, and ensuring data integrity is second nature

  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, and you know your way around MySQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar tools for working with large data sets

  • Have set up or customized tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ChiliPiper, Calendly or Zapier, and you know how to make them work for the team (not the other way around)

  • Communicate in English without any problems - B2/C1 level is required

  • Have a high level of ownership and proactivity with a business orientation
