Job Overview
They are responsible for the operational support of the respective Key Account Managers to ensure successful management of assigned accounts, timely and compliant revenue recognition, and optimal client satisfaction across PCS/RWS engagements. The role owns end‑to‑end CRM opportunity administration, billing enablement, and reporting that keep projects on schedule and revenue on plan.
Essential Functions
- CRM & Opportunity Management
- New opportunity creation in CRM (account, owner, products, pricing, TCV, regions).
- Opportunity updates: advance stages, maintain PA and Projects linkage, ensure forecast accuracy.
- Data quality stewardship (close dates, probability, products, contacts) and pipeline hygiene reviews.
- Revenue & Billing Operations
- Prepare and submit invoicing requests in line with SOW/WOs and internal controls.
- POD posting per internal policy to enable billing; track approvals and resolve exceptions.
- Coordinate IRSAs emails to PMs (ICR) and follow through to completion for audit readiness.
- Project Financial Reporting
- Compile and distribute hours reports (weekly/monthly) with variance commentary.
- Produce Time & Material (T&M) reports and reconcile to billing events.
- Prepare expenses reports at project/account level; validate charges and coding.
- Commercial Enablement & Governance
- Quality control of Statements of Work for accuracy, terms alignment, and internal compliance.
- Support RFI/RFP responses (inputs consolidation, pricing templates, document coordination).
- Management of Salesforce.com CRM usage, budgeting/forecasting cadence, and user training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred).
- Completed commercial apprenticeship; 2–3+ years in an administrative, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Project Operations role is an advantage.
- Finance/Sales Operations background preferred (billing workflows, T&M, expenses, RevRec processes per company policy).
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, conditional logic); proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.
- SFDC (Salesforce.com) experience required; SAP or other ERP exposure is a benefit.
- Familiarity with timekeeping/PSA tools and e‑signature/CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign) is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven; able to manage multiple priorities at quarter end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; very good team player.
