A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of nutraceutical ingredients across LATAM. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of nutraceuticals and their applications. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing territory plans, and representing the company at trade shows. Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish are required, with a self-starter attitude and ability to work remotely.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
  • Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications.
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close in multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to capture new business.
  • Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, articulating benefits and plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

  • Provide technical/product support to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of regional regulations.

Sales Manager - Nutraceutical Ingredients ( LATAM)

Territory : Latin America

About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across LATAM. You will sell nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building a high-quality pipeline and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs / contract manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
  • Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly / annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Provide technical / product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
  • Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
  • Language : Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory / time management.
  • Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
