Job Duties
1. Strategic Planning and Execution

Based on the overall group strategy, develop the long - and medium - term development strategy, annual business plan, and budget for the overseas subsidiary, and organize their implementation. Track and analyze overseas market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor situations, and adjust business strategies in a timely manner, with a focus on target markets or industries such as e - commerce logistics and intelligent manufacturing. Be responsible for building the organizational structure, team building, and talent development of the overseas subsidiary, and create a local team with an international perspective and professional skills.

2. Operational Management

Fully responsible for the daily operations management of the overseas subsidiary, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and administration. Establish and improve various rules and regulations of the subsidiary and supervise their implementation to ensure that the subsidiary's operations comply with local laws, regulations, and the group's compliance requirements. Be responsible for the subsidiary's financial budget, cost control, and risk management to ensure the healthy operation of the subsidiary and achieve profit targets.

3. Market Expansion and Brand Building

Be responsible for overseas market expansion and business development, formulate and implement market promotion plans, and focus on promoting Damon Group's application solutions in conveyor and sorting, warehousing logistics, and other fields. Maintain relationships with local governments, customers, and partners, actively participate in industry exhibitions and technical exchange activities, and enhance the brand awareness and reputation of Damon in the overseas market. Collect and analyze overseas market information, provide suggestions for the group's product R & D and market strategies, and promote continuous innovation of Damon Group's products and technologies to meet the needs of overseas customers.

Candidate's request
1. Education and Major

A bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing, international trade, with preference given to those with majors in mechanical engineering, automation, etc.

2. Work Experience

Over 5+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years of senior management experience in multinational corporations or overseas companies. Preference will be given to those with experience in the intelligent logistics conveyor and sorting industry; those with successful experience in overseas market expansion are preferred, and those familiar with intelligent logistics conveyor and sorting, warehouse automation, and high - bay warehouse operations are preferred.

3. Professional Skills
  • Familiar with the overseas market environment, laws and regulations, and business practices, and have strong cross - cultural communication skills.
