In partnership with a multinational company located in the metropolitan region of Campinas, we are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for commercial activities aligned with the company's strategic plan and for increasing its market share of products.
Requirements:
- A university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience; degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred. Experience in Industrial B2B Sales or Marketing is required; proficiency in quality, customer service, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and manufacturer representatives.
- Accountability for achieving goals and maintaining standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentations.
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools (Oracle, Salesforce).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all organizational levels, including with suppliers and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve booking goals for the assigned territory.
- Communicate market trends, competitive information, new opportunities, and customer feedback to management.
- Engage with customers to maximize product utilization and efficiency.
- Manage and execute sales strategies within the territory.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to facilitate customer decision-making.
- Guide the team to develop and implement insightful, action-oriented business plans using marketing and financial tools for growth and differentiation.
- Leverage the current product portfolio aligned with segment and business strategies to drive growth.
- Develop revenue growth strategies, including product positioning, market and competitive analysis, segmentation, and penetration.
- Implement pricing strategies consistent with product positioning.
- Extensive travel within Brazil and occasional international travel are required.
