In partnership with a multinational company located in the metropolitan region of Campinas, we are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for commercial activities aligned with the company's strategic plan and for increasing its market share of products.

Requirements:

  • A university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience; degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred. Experience in Industrial B2B Sales or Marketing is required; proficiency in quality, customer service, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and manufacturer representatives.
  • Accountability for achieving goals and maintaining standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentations.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve booking goals for the assigned territory.
  • Communicate market trends, competitive information, new opportunities, and customer feedback to management.
  • Engage with customers to maximize product utilization and efficiency.
  • Manage and execute sales strategies within the territory.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to facilitate customer decision-making.
  • Guide the team to develop and implement insightful, action-oriented business plans using marketing and financial tools for growth and differentiation.
  • Leverage the current product portfolio aligned with segment and business strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop revenue growth strategies, including product positioning, market and competitive analysis, segmentation, and penetration.
  • Implement pricing strategies consistent with product positioning.
  • Extensive travel within Brazil and occasional international travel are required.
