This is a remote position, expecting strong performance in meeting targets for both investor engagements and podcast guests.

Carbon is a real estate investment firm raising capital from accredited investors — family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals. Your role is to get qualified investors on the calendar. You identify the opportunity, book the meeting, and prepare the brief. What happens in the meeting is not your responsibility.
Accredited investors who can write $250K-$5M+ checks — family office principals, high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, fund managers, and allocators. You’re also booking guests for the Deal Flow Podcast — that’s the content engine that drives brand, inbound leads, and audience growth. And you’ll manage social engagement: monitoring, replying, and engaging on behalf of the brand to support the sales motion.
This means you need to sound credible. You’re not cold calling small businesses— you’re engaging with people who manage significant capital and expect a professional, informed approach.
You’ll have access to:
5 qualified meetings per week is table stakes. That’s the minimum to stay past 90 days. Top performers do 10‑15.
You’ll ramp to that target over 90 days.
