The Role

You set meetings. The CIO takes them.

Carbon is a real estate investment firm raising capital from accredited investors — family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals. Your role is to get qualified investors on the calendar. You identify the opportunity, book the meeting, and prepare the brief. What happens in the meeting is not your responsibility.

Who You’re Reaching

Accredited investors who can write $250K-$5M+ checks — family office principals, high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, fund managers, and allocators. You’re also booking guests for the Deal Flow Podcast — that’s the content engine that drives brand, inbound leads, and audience growth. And you’ll manage social engagement: monitoring, replying, and engaging on behalf of the brand to support the sales motion.

This means you need to sound credible. You’re not cold calling small businesses— you’re engaging with people who manage significant capital and expect a professional, informed approach.

You’ll have access to:

  • Sales Navigator (multiple profiles)
  • Apollo for contact enrichment and prospecting
  • Email infrastructure with AI SDR capabilities
  • Salesforge for sequence management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience
  • Proven track record booking meetings at volume
  • Proficiency with Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Experience managing multi‑channel outreach (email, phone)
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self‑directed — you manage your pipeline without daily oversight
Ideal Background
  • Experience in financial services, financial products, or capital raising
  • Background in real estate, private equity, alternative investments, or traditional investment products
Success Metric

5 qualified meetings per week is table stakes. That’s the minimum to stay past 90 days. Top performers do 10‑15.

  • ~4 investor meetings per week (200/year) — accredited investors, family offices, HNW
  • ~1 podcast guest per week (50/year) — fuels the content engine that drives inbound and brand

You’ll ramp to that target over 90 days.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $1,500 - $2,100 USD/month (depending on experience)
  • Podcast bonus: $100 per guest booked (up to ~$800/month at target)
  • Variable comp: % of capital raised from meetings you source
  • Year 1 potential: $50,000 - $70,000+ USD at strong performance
Location
  • Remote. Must be available during U.S. Eastern business hours.
Recruitment Process
  1. Typing Test – Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a words‑per‑minute typing test (minimum benchmark required).
  2. One‑Minute Video Submission – Candidates who pass the typing test will submit a brief video introduction.
  3. Resume Review & Interviews – Selected candidates will move forward to resume review, an HR interview, and a final interview with senior leadership.
