About the Role:

As the Group Sales Coordinator, you’ll work directly with schools, churches, businesses, and social groups to book group visits to the park. You’ll support the entire sales process — from prospecting and outreach to on-site execution. Think of yourself as the matchmaker between great guest experiences and incredible group packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new group sales through phone calls, emails, and community networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Respond to group inquiries and guide guests through the booking process
  • Maintain organized lead funnels and follow up on open quotes
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to deliver top-tier group experiences
  • Provide on-site support for group check-in, event setup, and guest satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows, local events, and off-site meetings as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills
  • A self-starter with a drive to learn and grow in sales
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing timelines and tasks
  • Comfortable using email, phone, and sales tools for outreach and follow-up
  • Bonus points for experience in attractions, events, sales, or hospitality — but not required
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
Work Schedule & Availability:
  • Full-time role
  • Must be available to work weekends and select holidays (especially May–October)
  • Occasional evening hours required for event execution or community networking
