We are currently hiring a Senior Recruiter to support one of our global clients. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a hybrid schedule that includes occasional onsite work. The role requires the ability to support stakeholders and candidates in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

In this role, you will:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles across multiple functions.

Partner with hiring managers and HR to design and execute recruiting strategies tailored to business needs.

Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing platforms, networking, and market research.

Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams.

Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical, corporate, or specialized professional roles.

Proven experience supporting hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-volume, or project-based environment.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools, with the ability to map and engage passive talent.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Comfortable with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM) and tools such as Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Willingness and ability to work onsite occasionally as required by the client.
