You will be responsible for addressing player inquiries via email, resolving issues, and providing technical support. Qualificações

Requirements
  • You love playing Games!
  • Candidates should have previous experience in the Customer Support field
  • Must speak and write professional English
  • Knowledge in Email Etiquette
  • Personal Computer or Laptop with a Stable Internet Connection
  • Minimum requirements – Windows: 15.6" AMD Ryzen U, 1.9‑4.4 GHz / AMD Radeon Vega 8 / 32 GB / SSD – 512 GB
  • You enjoy using and understand computer systems
  • Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed
  • Un‑interrupted electricity and/or UPS (power backup)
  • RPG Games knowledge, Mobile Gaming, PC Gaming, Console Gaming, E‑sports knowledge is a must
  • Enjoy working with people
