Remote Video Editor for YouTube Videos

We're looking for a talented YouTube video editor who will have a hour turnaround or at least same week MAX.

We only want someone who's looking to edit multiple video every week.

And someone willing to learn & grow in their video editing skills.

As a Video Editor, your primary role will be to create engaging, high-quality YouTube videos for our real estate clients with diverse brands, styles, and personalities.

You will work closely with the rest of our team to ensure each video meets the unique requirements of each client while maintaining a consistent level of excellence.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Edit weekly YouTube videos for multiple clients in the real estate industry
• Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure smooth video production and editing processes
• Incorporate client feedback to refine video content as needed
• Stay current on video editing techniques, styles, and trends relevant to the real estate industry
• Ensure timely delivery of final video assets

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the YouTube space - storytelling, pacing, and strategy
• Versatility with multiple video formats (talking head, vlog)
• Strong motion graphics background
• Experience with sound design and leveling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success on YouTube as the editor for a growing channel
• Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack)
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment with an openness to change

Responsibilities

• Sole Job : Editing multiple YouTube videos per week
• Optional : Contribute to Pre‑packaging (title and thumbnail concepts) for your videos
• And a big plus IF You : Track performance and review retention data of your edits

Results

• We will build a buffer for YouTube content
• Consistently maintain over 3 : 00 average view duration for channels or % AVD.

We will help grow to 5 : 00 min AVD+ and %.

This job can turn into a full time position, and you will start to get paid more if you can show that you’re reliable and consistent with your work.

$50-$100 / video is the starting pay depending on the length of video and your skills.

This job is completely remote and can evolve into a weekly, or even monthly salary if you can prove to be reliable and consistent.
