Responsibilities
  • Data Platform Progress: Percentage of legacy Excel/PDF processes migrated to consolidated platform; time-to-insight reduction; data quality and completeness metrics
  • Architecture Maturity: Adoption of architectural standards and practices; reduction in critical technical debt; system reliability and availability metrics
  • Business Impact: Cost savings from automation and modernization; revenue impact of product enhancements; process cycle time reductions; business user satisfaction with data and tooling

Requirements
  • We’re looking for candidates with a robust background in software or data engineering, boasting a minimum of 8 to 10 years in the field.
  • Ideally, you’ll have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in team leadership, serving as a technical team lead or in senior engineering positions.
Industry Experience
  • Proven track record in at least three of the following areas: application software development, data engineering and analytics, cloud platform architecture, system integration, IT modernization initiatives, or leading technology teams
  • Exceptional ability to deliver intricate technical projects on time, ensuring high quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, engaging with diverse business and technology stakeholders
  • Solid background in Agile or iterative development methodologies
  • Experience in managing technical teams or assuming substantial leadership roles within technical organizations
