What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide reliability data management support for the Reliability & Asset Services team
• Assist with the creation and deployment of visual reporting mechanisms to communicate progress on strategic reliability initiatives
• Administer third-party databases, including user administration and workflow management
• Develop training documentation and provide system training for end users
• Conduct quality checks on system data and provide feedback to improve data quality

What is Required (Qualifications)

• BS in a technical discipline required, Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• 4 to 6 years of experience with data management and database support required
• Proven ability to read, comprehend, and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with CMMS, ERP, and FCA data management
• Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability-centered maintenance
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and data visualization software
• Development experience with the Ninox platform
• Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional
