We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company’s business in the European or South American markets from scratch. This is a unique high‑impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high‑performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.
Develop and execute comprehensive country‑specific business plans to achieve aggressive growth targets and establish market dominance.
Proactively seek, negotiate, and secure partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers. Leverage your existing network to bring immediate resources and channels to the company.
Build, coach and lead local sales teams from scratch. Foster a high‑performance, results‑oriented culture through effective training, coaching and motivation.
Drive all sales activities to acquire new customers and maximize deposits. Manage key accounts and high‑value partners personally.
Gain insight into the local competition landscape, regulatory environments and customer needs of the CFD / cryptocurrency / fintech industry.
Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
At least
2 years
of senior sales or leadership experience in
Contracts for Difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency or online trading / internet finance industry
Proven track record of
building sales teams from scratch
and leading them to exceed targets.
in establishing partnerships with affiliates (affiliates) and introducing brokers (IBs)
, with a relevant network preferred.
Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written) are
prerequisites
Have a global perspective, be able to work independently from any location, and be willing to travel frequently for business as needed.
Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.G. Spanish, Portuguese, German, French) is
preferred
Have a potential customer or partner network in the European or South American market.
Experience with Go‑to‑Market Strategy in designated regions.
Deep understanding of Sales Funnel and CRM tools.
