Core Objective

Responsible for the overall planning, development, and operation of the channel network within the designated region.

Through strategy formulation, distributor management, terminal empowerment, and supply chain control, ensure the achievement of regional sales targets and the healthy, efficient development of the channels.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Targets
  • Develop and implement the development strategy for network touchpoints in the region.
  • Establish clear channel layout plans, effectively receive and decompose regional sales targets, providing a clear network roadmap for business expansion.
  • Formulation and management of regional marketing expenses and distributor policies.
  • Optimize input-output efficiency under the premise of ensuring partnership stability, achieving precise budget utilization and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Development, relationship maintenance, and daily management of distributor clients.
  • Maintain the healthy and sound development of the client network, continuously expand effective coverage through channel (penetration), and increase market share.
  • Guide and assist distributors in the standardized operation of terminal stores.
  • Enhance terminal store efficiency in consumer reach, order conversion rate, and average transaction value, driving sales growth at the terminal.
  • Monitor and manage product procurement, sales, and inventory dynamics at the regional level.
  • Ensure sufficient product supply at terminals, optimize inventory structure, effectively prevent stockouts or overstock situations, and guarantee smooth supply chain operations.
Management Hierarchy & Collaboration.

Receive and execute the company's overall channel strategy, ensuring regional network alignment with corporate revenue goals.

Empower distributors and terminal stores through a series of operational support actions to directly enhance terminal market performance and consumer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, coupled with proficiency in either Chinese or English.
  • Experience in channel sales (preferably in the home appliance industry).
  • Possession of offline channel resources.
