About the team

The team is responsible for lead a world class team and set the TikTok strategy for the Latin American market, evolve the value proposition for local TikTok ecosystem and build rich partnerships with other regional teams to effectively deliver this strategy.

Main partners will include regional leaders for sales, product, comms, marketing, business development and policy.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on acquiring, engaging and managing top regional publisher accounts by working closely with central and local publisher teams.
  • Lead complex negotiations and meetings, providing expertise in monetization and IP.
  • Coordinate preparation for all business summary activities for accounts headquartered in the region.
  • Act as a local center of excellence, analyzing market fit for regional business development programs.
  • Facilitate regional priorities and uplevel partnerships with high-priority large market publishers.
  • Leading the negotiation process with rightsholders and CMOs
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing partnerships as well as increasing engagement with top content publishers and other related business areas.
  • Familiarity with fundamentals of business contracts, including knowledge of copyright and other IP related laws
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex deals in close partnership with Legal team
  • Leadership experience in coordinating complex deals and regional priorities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English
