GoTo is looking for a Regional Partner Manager with strong skills in sales and relationship management experience to support GoTo’s Channel Partners with the aim of extending and enhancing GoTo’s position across the region.

As Regional Partner Sales Manager you will :

  • Create a strategy in order to onboard new partners to our ecosystem, ramping them up as fast as possible for them to start selling.
  • Develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to maximize sales into their customer base (across all GoTo products).
  • Work along with the Global Partner Team to ensure Partner Exchange (our portal for partners) is updated and easy to use.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue within the partner ecosystem across the region.
  • Collaborate with GoTo’s Executive, Marketing, Sales and Presales teams to drive a successful partnership for both GoTo and our partners.
  • Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go‑to‑market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as the partner advocate inside GoTo; evangelize partners and the opportunities they present by injecting partner DNA into GoTo field sales.
  • Drive and attend joint marketing events with partners.
  • Hold quarterly reviews to determine goals, performance, and growth of key partner segments.
  • Own a sales quota that will represent your most important KPI for our role.

As Regional Partner Sales Manager your background will look like :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present business concepts and communicate to all levels of an organization.
  • English and Portuguese language are required for the job.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills—ability to penetrate, grow and retain accounts, build relationships, and quickly spot, communicate and address potential risks and issues.
  • Accountable: perform day‑to‑day work with timelines and execute new and/or complex assignments with minimal direction/supervision.
  • Solutions oriented: a natural critical thinker to troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a fast‑paced, changing environment through creative, innovative and inquisitive actions.
  • Tech‑savvy: loves technology, learns and adapts quickly, sharing this passion with customers.
  • Demonstrated exceptional project‑management skills and high sense of urgency.
  • Experience with GoTo products, as well as other competitive collaboration and communication products is a plus!
