We are looking for a results-oriented Regional Events Specialist with strong local presence to lead events and partnership initiatives across the Northeastern region. This role will be responsible for driving business expansion through the development and strengthening of strategic local partnerships, execution of regional events, and active engagement with the local community. This professional will act as the regional representative, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives that support user growth, brand visibility, and sustainable local impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as regional operations, marketing, and commercialization to plan and execute local events, workshops, and regional initiatives focused on user growth and engagement.
- Act as the main regional point of contact to identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, brands, venues, communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and adapt partnership strategies aligned with business objectives, driving mutual growth and regional impact.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships and regional initiatives, continuously identifying improvement opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Northeastern region, providing strategic insights to internal teams.
- Represent the company at local events, maintaining active involvement in the regional ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, events, community engagement, or related roles.
- Residency in the Northeastern region is required, willingness to work remotely and travel occasionally within the region.
- Solid understanding of local market dynamics and regional ecosystems, with hands-on experience in local events.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and partnership management.
