The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies, including functional and integration testing, while leveraging advancements in AI to enhance testing processes. Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed test planning strategies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Execute thorough functional testing to validate software features against specifications and business needs.
• Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between different system components and third‑party services.
• Utilize AI‑driven testing tools and methodologies to optimize test coverage, identify defects early, and improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and operations teams to identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Document test cases, test results, and defect reports with clarity and precision.
• Participate in review sessions to provide feedback on requirements, design, and code from a quality perspective.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance, particularly in AI‑enhanced testing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven expertise in test planning, functional testing, and integration testing.
• Experience working with AI technologies or AI‑enhanced testing tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus.
