A growing property management firm is seeking a proactive Remote Property Manager to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage tenant communications, handle leasing tasks, and must possess experience in U.S. residential or commercial property management. This is a full-time role with competitive pay starting from USD 800 to USD 1,100 monthly, along with generous paid time off. Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound tenant calls, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage mass email correspondence.
• Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and property concerns.
• Assist with new leasing leads, schedule property showings, screen applicants, and process rental applications.
• Conduct credit checks, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all lease applicant documents are properly filed.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, and security services.
• Investigate tenant complaints, lease violations, and disturbances to ensure lease compliance.
• Collaborate with the property management team on advertising materials and marketing strategies.

Conhecimentos

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management

Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software

Ability to handle tenant concerns with professionalism and confidentiality

Proficient in email management, lease documentation, and financial record-keeping

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time‑trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise‑cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management CRM (highly preferred!)
