Role Description

This is a fully remote, contract role as the Personal Assistant to the co-Founder at Whole Heart Publishing.

This role is focused on keeping the co-Founder's schedule and communications organized, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, calls, and meetings with authors, editors, and team members.
  • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and key reminders to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Provide hands‑on support with correspondence, documents, slides, forms, and team announcements.
  • Act as a proactive partner to the co‑Founder, keeping the team aligned and workflows running smoothly.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks and provide general support as needed to meet evolving team and business needs.
