You will collaborate extensively with global and regional teams — including Global Strategic Partnerships, Presales & PO, Product, and Marketing — to create compelling value propositions and consistently lead internal coordination as the project lead.
Success in this position means nurturing strong partner relationships, unlocking new opportunities for growth, driving adoption of Infobip programs, and contributing directly to the region’s long‑term performance through a well‑structured and strategic partnership ecosystem.
Proven experience developing, managing, and expanding commercial partnerships.

Skilled in leading joint business planning processes, including defining shared objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Excellent communication and conflict‑management skills, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to guarantee successful partner implementations.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date partnership data.
Experience organizing planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, recurring communication, and partner‑facing initiatives.
Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to drive adoption of company programs and ensure partner compliance with agreements.
Deep market understanding and the ability to influence customer decisions toward Infobip’s products and solutions.
Comfortable representing the company at events, panels, conferences, and other thought‑leadership or PR activities.
Ability to ensure smooth handover to CSMs after implementation and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams by providing vertical insights and use cases.
Structured approach to partner business development and relationship management, with the ability to scale processes regionally or globally.
