A global remote support company is seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide assistance and maintain customer relationships. It is a remote part-time position.
Start date : 05.01.2026
Schedule : 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24 / 7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest) (around 8-10 shifts per month)
Proactively ensure uninterrupted coverage of colleagues’ working hours, including night shifts, in response to client requests, particularly during vacations, sick leave, or other absences. All substitutions will be discussed 24-48h upfront.
