A digital marketing agency in Brazil is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for high-growth e-commerce brands. This role involves hands-on execution across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, focusing on performance metrics like ROAS and CPA. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Paid Social marketing, with a proven track record managing substantial ad budgets. This position offers a starting compensation of USD $2,200 per month, along with various benefits including PTO and holidays.
There will be a strategy and data analysis assessment project as a part of the recruiting process. We are looking for a Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our Accounts Team, supporting the management and optimization of advertising campaigns for high-growth Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce brands.
In this role, you will focus on the hands‑on execution of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap, ensuring daily performance aligns with ROAS, CPA, and CAC objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Accounts, you will work to maintain, adjust, and enhance campaign performance. Additional experience with Paid Search platforms and strategies such as Google and Bing will be considered a valuable skillset.
Compensation starts at USD $2,200 / month based on experience, 10 PTO Days + 5 Sick Days + Federal Brazilian Holidays + Bonus potential
