Job Title: Owner Relations Specialist (Remote) – Property Management

Compensation: $850 / month (remote, full-time)

About Us: We are a fast-growing property management company specializing in short-term rentals. Our focus is on providing seamless, top-quality service to both homeowners and guests. We are seeking a professional, organized, and efficient Owner Relations Specialist to join our remote team.

Position Overview

The Owner Relations Specialist will be the primary point of contact for our homeowners. You will communicate with property owners, relay information to our internal teams, and ensure that all requests are handled promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
  • Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
