About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to join our team and support clients across the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and On-Premise solutions, with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. This is a fully remote opportunity, but you must be based in LATAM to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud and On-Premise solutions (FCCS, PCMCS, PBCS, ARCS, HFM, etc.).
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective EPM solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver high-quality functional and technical documentation.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, PCMCS, PBCS, ARCS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
• Experience with metadata management, business rules, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Oracle certifications in EPM Cloud.
• Experience working with multinational clients.
• Exposure to LATAM regulatory and reporting requirements.
