Qualificações

• Experiência com suporte Oracle Cloud (R2A).
• Capacidade de explicar desafios reais enfrentados no suporte.
• Entendimento do processo de fechamento mensal.
• Boa compreensão da localização do Brasil no Oracle Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Resolver problemas e correções em módulos financeiros do Oracle Cloud.
• Colaborar com usuários para entender questões.
• Trabalhar com a equipe de suporte global na Índia.

We are looking for ORACLE Cloud, Hybrid in Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will : (responsibilities)

Candidate must have experience in Oracle cloud Support (R2A)

Should be able to explain couple of real life scenarios or challanges they have encountered during support and have fixed

what is day in a life of a support analyst

Should understand how integration from outside application works into Oracle cloud

Must have experience in Month end close process

Should be willing to come to office 2 days a week if needed .

Advanced English

Must-Have

Broad experience in cloud implementations & support

Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)

Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle cloud

Good-to-Have

Able to work independently with customer

Agile way of working

Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support

Issue resolution and fix

Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue

Work with Oracle on Service request

Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
