We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our inbound operations. The role involves managing a large team driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient receiving and stowing of inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead develop and manage a team of 100 associates and multiple Area Managers
  • Drive performance management coaching and career development initiatives
  • Implement effective staffing strategies and workforce planning
  • Foster a positive work culture and maintain high team engagement
A day in the life
  • Own end-to-end inbound operations including receiving stowing and inventory control
  • Achieve productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
  • Manage critical metrics including dock-to-stock time inventory accuracy and productivity
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge / FTE) experience
  • Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area including weekends nights and / or holidays
  • Experience in employee and performance management
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Speak write and read fluently in English
