RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design, development, and training of machine learning models using Google's AI stack including AI Agent Studio, Gemini, and Vertex AI
• Direct and support cross‑functional teams in creating AI solutions such as a Sales team assistant and document base analyzer
• Oversee the seamless integration of trained machine learning models into the existing toolset
• Mentor team members in writing and maintaining clean, efficient code in Python and ideally in Java
• Supervise the continuous evaluation and enhancement of deployed models to meet the evolving demands of the business
• Keep the team updated with the latest AI / ML technologies and methodologies, promoting ongoing innovation

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in ML / AI Engineering
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Extensive experience in training and deploying machine learning models using Google's AI stack (AI Agent Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI)
• Expert programming skills in Python
• Proven track record in leading the integration of ML models into software environments and toolsets
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent skills in managing and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Superior communication skills for effectively articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in Java
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
