The role
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both online / digital and offline / events / sales channels, aligning them with the organization's sales and commercial objectives.
  • Drive customer marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing clients and foster brand loyalty.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing dynamics to improve the effectiveness of the new App, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user experience and boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand representation.
  • Oversee PR communications to maintain a positive brand image and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and better ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.
  • Proven experience in devising and executing successful marketing strategies that encompass both online / digital and offline / events / sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of sales, commercial dynamics, and industry trends to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and a data-driven approach to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Flexibility and willingness to manage events and PR communications to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities, decision-making skills, and a track record of achieving marketing goals and targets.
