Essential functions :
Technical Strategy and Market Development
- Leads the design and execution of technical protocols, aligning field practice with validation and product positioning goals.
- Coordinates with R&D and Quality teams to oversee lab and field tests, ensuring technical robustness.
- Establishes regional technical positioning strategies based on field evidence, integrating agronomic and commercial data.
- Ensures proper execution of trials and protocols, critically monitoring all operational steps.
- Acts as a bridge between technical, commercial, and regulatory teams to foster coordinated decisions.
Trial Coordination and Evidence Generation
- Aligns regional plans with commercial goals and technical strategies, translating priorities into action plans.
- Ensures trials are connected to market hypotheses and contribute to relevant validations.
Technical Support, Intelligence, and Communication
- Prepares strategic technical reports by integrating field and lab evidence.
- Acts as a technical point of contact for consultants, distributors, and influencers, providing training and guidance.
- Maintains up-to-date territorial databases and market intelligence reports.
External Relations and Brand Representation
- Builds and maintains strategic relationships with consultants, influencers, and regional technical leaders.
- Leads initiatives connecting the technical team to external stakeholders, strengthening reputation and demand generation.
- Manages alignment with external partners (labs, universities, research centers) to develop localized protocols.
Collaboration and Institutional Credibility
- Promotes a culture of open and responsible communication within the technical team, leading by example.
- Manages interactions with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory bodies with ethics and professionalism.
Competencies :
- Expertise in crop fertility, agronomy, crop physiology, and soil science.
- Ability to work independently and build an efficient weekly schedule
- Understanding of the relationship between on farm fertility practices and soil biology.
- Fluent in understanding and able to educate on nitrogen and nitrogen management.
- Experience with crop modeling, precision agriculture, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adapt and maintain agility in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven track record in conducting technical trials, product validation, and building relationships with farmers and consultants.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is considered an advantage.
- Advanced technical English is mandatory for reading scientific materials and participating in meetings with the international team.
Work environment :
- Strategic residency within the target territory of the business unit in Brazil.
- Mobility to be based in Goiânia, GO, or Mato Grosso is a plus.
Travel required :
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Availability for frequent travel and flexibility during peak seasons, including domestic and international travel for events, field visits, trade shows, and corporate meetings.
Required Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- Postgraduate education (Master's or PhD) in Soil Biology, Physiology, Fertility and Nutrition, Biotechnology, or related areas is desirable.
- Previous experience in market development, including leadership of teams and technical trials.
- Experience with biologicals, soil fertility, and regulatory processes is a plus.
Preferably with experience in biologicals or regenerative technologies, with a strong technical-commercial interface.
Work Authorization :
