A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a professional to develop and implement market access plans in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Business Management and at least 8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include managing health relationships and analyzing clinical data to enhance patient access to treatments. Fluency in English is desirable, and experience in Hematology or orphan diseases is a plus. This role emphasizes ethical compliance and teamwork across departments.

Position Summary

• Elaboration and execution of key accounts plans in conjunction with the main health institutions, in the public market, aiming to minimize market access barriers by expanding patients' access to our medicines in an ethical and scientific manner and compliance the marketing goals of the entire product portfolio;

Integrate and coordinate actions with the company's multidisciplinary teams in accordance with the work model of the Brand Teams and / or Field Teams.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Market Access plan of actions to increase patient access (plan based on market analysis and complete business review process on the segment of reimbursement, distribution, marketing, sales and all other relevant topics)
• Manage the relationship with the main health managers representing the entire product portfolio of the company with the State and Municipal Health Secretariats, DIR, DRS, Health Operators, medical auditors and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBMs).
• Initiate and develop personal relations with the main key opinion leaders influencing business of the company
• Analyze relevant key account information and DataSus / MDTR to base your strategic planning;
• Work with government and commercial functions regularly to capture the latest update on industry and healthcare development
• Engage internal and external partners including payers in developing long term partnership for a sustainable healthcare and patient programmes to build a positive platform for Alexion and its brands.
• Work closely with the Medical team in analysing clinical data prospectively and retrospectively post-launch to generate "real world evidence"
• Build trusting relationships with everyone on your team and with internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Marketing, BI and Administrative areas).
• Ensure best managed behaviours with a constant concern to meet legal, ethical and social responsibility highest standards required by the local law and culture of Alexion.

Qualifications

• Master Degree (minimum) in Business Management with possible scientific background
• Min. 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Management experience in a biopharmaceutical firm will be a plus
• Experience in Hematology / Oncology is highly desirable.
• Experience in orphan diseases is a plus
• Proven ability to manage P&L
• Proven track record of effectiveness as a project leader who gets results coordinating local services providers.
• People management and leadership skills,
• Fluency in English both written and oral is desirable
