What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide program management support with a focus on vendor management, overseeing the Locum Tenens Life Cycle
• Manage contract negotiation and strategic sourcing to achieve enterprise standardization
• Deliver financial reporting and data analytics to stakeholders, including presentations
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to optimize processes and programs
• Lead change management initiatives to drive operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience
• Technical proficiency in relevant systems
• Experience working with locums through a large, complex healthcare system is strongly preferred
• Expertise with a Vendor Management System is strongly preferred
