This full-time role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising associate clinicians. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Snapshot

In this role, you will provide structured mental health counseling to clients throughout Indiana using a secure telehealth platform. Alongside direct care, you will support clinical consistency by supervising associate counselors and participating in case reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation
  • Provide supervision and feedback to associate clinicians
  • Participate in clinical reviews and care coordination
