BA Global Talent is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant in Latin America and the Caribbean to join the team. Your role involves ensuring the prompt and effective processing of each claim, drafting comprehensive legal briefs, handling legal paperwork, managing client cases, and conducting communication with clients via phone, email, and possibly text messages. You will also assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of legal processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Safeguard and manage sensitive legal information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate organization and documentation of essential information.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the efficiency of the claims process.
  • Inbound and outbound calls for follow-ups and additional assistance.
  • Draft legal documents and briefs as required, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
  • Background in law, social work, or a related field (e.g., legal assistant, paralegal, law student, or lawyer).
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with case management processes is a plus.
