About the Role
We're looking for an innovative Learning Designer with 3-5 years of experience to focus on the development and creation of high-quality, engaging digital learning content for our global employee base.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and publish responsive and engaging e-learning courses using industry-leading authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Evolve.
- Translate training needs and SME content into visually compelling and effective storyboards and interactive modules.
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure learning objectives are met and content is outcome-focused.
- Build comprehensive e-learning and core skills content serving all employees on communication, productivity, and professional development.
- Serve as the visual design expert for the People Development team, creating high-quality, on-brand graphics, slide decks, and visual aids using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Produce and edit multimedia content, including simple video, audio, and animations, to enhance digital learning assets.
- Ensure all final learning products are visually polished, meet high-quality standards, and represent the function with excellence.
- Pioneer AI-powered learning tools: actively explore and pilot Generative AI and emerging technologies such as HeyGen, Synthesia, and WellSaid Labs to accelerate content creation, localisation, and personalization.
- Partner with the People Development Partner team to develop content for emerging capability training, including AI and digital fluency.
- Collaborate and coordinate: coordinate with regional People Development colleagues to support localisation and deployment of e-learning content via the LMS; partner with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and ensure technical and functional accuracy; support the content governance process, including version control and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in a Learning Designer, E‑learning Developer, or Instructional Design role.
- E‑learning development portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high‑quality, interactive modules.
- Proficiency in at least one rapid e‑learning authoring tool (Articulate Rise 360 preferred).
- Strong visual design skills with proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, or similar graphic design tools.
- Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience or strong interest in using AI‑powered tools (e.g., Synthesia, Jasper AI, HeyGen) for content creation.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar advanced authoring tools.
- Experience using the Evolve authoring tool.
- Background in digital, technology, or professional services industries.
Technical Capabilities
- Instructional design methodologies and assessment design; E‑learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Evolve, Adobe Captivate); video editing and multimedia content creation; LMS administration and content publishing.
