What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 8 years in backend/platform service development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, and/or Java/Kotlin
• Direct experience with Transactional Outbox patterns and idempotent consumers
• Strong expertise in relational modeling and query optimization
• Experience developing contract-first APIs and managing schema versioning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with stateful pipelines for notifications or workflow engines
• Familiarity with CDC tools like Debezium and event sourcing architectures
• Background in regulated or mission-critical domains such as healthcare or finance
