Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead and manage our growing tech team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with deep technical expertise and strong experience managing teams and delivering high‑quality software.

You will be responsible for guiding architecture decisions, solving complex technical problems, and ensuring smooth execution across backend, frontend, and AI teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a tech team of:
  • 2 Backend Engineers
  • 2 Frontend Engineers
  • 2 AI Engineers
• Own the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Act as a hands‑on technical leader (coding, code reviews, architecture decisions)
• Solve complex technical challenges and unblock the team
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time, with high quality and scalability
• Improve engineering processes, standards, and best practices

Requisitos

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Golang (Go) and Python (must‑have)
• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and scalable architectures
• Experience working with cloud platforms:
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • DigitalOcean
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI / ML engineers and AI‑powered systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines
• Startup or fast‑paced product development experience
