As a Lead Account Manager - Healthcare Packaging (Latin America) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the healthcare packaging industry in the Latin American region.

Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the healthcare packaging industry in Latin America by providing innovative solutions that improve patient safety, product protection, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the Latin American region, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Support customer development through the deployment of the technical tools and services provided by Honeywell.
    • Collaborate with end users to facilitate the following processes: package concept development, material selection, package characterization, tooling/equipment design and commercialization.
  • Provide technical support to OEM of packaging machinery, tooling, contract manufacturers, converters, and Pharma end user companies to ensure that optimum performance is achieved from Aclar® laminates.
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and represent Honeywell HC&P at industry trade shows, technical seminars, luncheons, workshops, etc.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
We Value
  • Minimum of a BE / BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Polymer Science, Plastics
  • Engineering or related field with at least 5 years experience in package development of thermoform pharmaceutical blister packaging, film manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry or packaging related industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the Latin American region
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
