A leading global firm is seeking a Latam Data Governance Lead to oversee and manage data governance initiatives across the Latin America region. This role involves collaborating with IT and business teams to define and implement data strategies that align with business goals. Candidates should have extensive experience in data management, strong knowledge of governance frameworks, and proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The position allows for hybrid work flexibility.
The Latam Data Governance Lead position is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing data governance initiatives across the Latin America region.
The Data Governance Lead will collaborate with various departments, including IT, business analysts, and executive leadership, to define and implement data strategies that support business goals.
The Latam Data Governance Lead is responsible for all aspects of defining and operating the data governance policies supporting the multiple data domains within Data as Asset Management.
Will have responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets.
The position will focus on establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices, to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection.
