Position: LatAm Branding CP Exec Manager
About Our Area

Ensure key Crop Protection brands and innovation have the highest value for growers, through best positioning, branding and business model, to secure Bayer capture the most of it.

Mission
  • Definition of Brand Strategy for Crop Protection innovation in Latam, ensuring link with Digital Farm Solution and New Business Model to support innovative value propositions.
  • Responsible for providing overall direction on brand strategies, marketing communications resourcing and prioritization to Customer Marketing.
  • Support execution and ensure process standards for marketing communications across clusters.
  • Leads the development of brand strategy and marketing communication plans following established global frameworks in collaboration with CP Assets, Crop Strategic Business teams and DFS team, to translate technical information from Market Development into marketing communication to enable the activation of customers.
  • Drive the usage of new tools and processes developed by the COEs e.g. Market Automation to provide more targeted and actionable communications plans.
  • Serve as a branding and marketing communication expert for Region keeping the organization up-to-date with latest trends in new media, communication channels and data driven analysis for efficient use of marketing investments.
  • Provide marketing training support for regional and local teams working closely with global team on process & tools definition.
  • Defines, designs and leads marketing communication planning consistent with customer and branding strategy and data driven analysis, partnering with Customer Marketing & the COEs teams (Regional & Global).
  • Define the annual marketing investment (marketing projects) and allocation across the region to maximize brand awareness and penetration, tracking the return on investment (ROI).
  • Design and lead the communication effort for our brands across the Region, by creating a compelling and articulated content plan.
  • Develop metrics to measure advertising effectiveness and prioritization including brand audit.
  • Ensure brand strategy understand and has link with of Digital Tools and / or New Business Models for CP innovation to support innovative value propositions.
  • Develop brand strategy for CP projects as an enabler of value creation, as well as to ensure trademark definitions for CP portfolio in Latam.
Are You Ready for the Position?
  • University degree in Business Adm.
  • , Marketing or Agronomy
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
  • Consolidated experience in portfolio management or marketing
  • Senior knowledge in Brandig strategy and development
  • Agrobusiness experience are desirable
  • Customer Centricity, strategic thinking, collaboration and learning agility
  • Ability to work w / Ambiguity / Uncertainty in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading & developing teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Leading / influencing peers and senior stakeholders at the global and country level on business decisions
