The ideal candidate will have deep mastery of Kajabi, strong UI/UX skills, and experience in automation and tagging. Key responsibilities include translating designs from Figma, conducting full QA, and maintaining robust integrations. The role demands a meticulous approach with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience for both students and instructors.

What You’ll Do

Build & Maintain Kajabi Systems

Build courses, lessons, modules, quizzes, and dashboards

Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Kajabi pages

Create responsive, premium front-end pages and student portals

Manage offers, checkout logic, bundles, upsells, and funnels

Automations & Tagging Architecture

Build advanced tagging logic for cohorts, tracks, and programs

Manage segmentation and timed access rules

Ensure flawless execution of all automations & workflows

Set up Zapier and platform integrations

Full QA & Technical Testing

Test all funnels, pages, automations, and purchase journeys

Catch and fix issues before launch

Provide QA reports and optimize user flows

Maintain 100% consistency, clarity, and functionality

UI / UX Execution

Ensure Western-standard premium layout, spacing, typography

Maintain visual cohesiveness across all digital assets

Optimize mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences

Support designers + marketing with clean implementation

Operations & Support

Build orientation pages, resource hubs, dashboards

Manage student access, cohorts, and track progression

Maintain naming systems, file structures, and internal logic

Ensure instructors have correct access and materials

What You Bring

Deep Kajabi mastery (portfolio REQUIRED)

Strong UI / UX psychology understanding

Figma > Kajabi implementation skills

HTML / CSS for custom Kajabi modifications

Advanced tagging, automation, and funnel-building skills

Experience with Zapier and integrations

Obsessive attention to detail + QA mindset

Strong English communication

Fast, independent, and organized

Bonus

EdTech or youth-education experience

Multi-cohort / multi-track course experience

Familiar with 54-week programs or long-form curriculum architecture
