What you'll do :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers and publishers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Address and resolve partners' issues promptly, providing effective solutions to meet their needs;
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing partnerships and identifying new opportunities;
  • Analyze and develop partner programs, offering strategic recommendations to scale and enhance performance;
  • Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of agreements, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, marketing, analytics) to resolve partner challenges and implement improvements;
  • Continuously explore new growth opportunities and contribute to the development of the partner network.
What we expect :
  • Experience in affiliate or digital marketing, e-commerce, or online advertising;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients;
  • Results-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and affiliate marketing practices is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
