Job Purpose

As a Production Apprentice, your primary purpose is to engage in a hands‑on learning experience within our production department. You will work closely with experienced production team members to gain practical knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with a foundation for a successful career in manufacturing.

Job Context

The Production Apprentice role operates within a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality are essential. You will be closely mentored and guided by experienced production professionals to develop practical skills and industry knowledge.

Job Dimensions

Location (factory) only contact with internal employees.

Reporting

Reporting to: Assembly Team Leader and Production Manager or Production Coordinator

Collaborates with: Multifunctional teams Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain

Key Accountabilities

• Follow the production learning plan as instructed by assembly leaders.
• Carry out electrical or mechanical assembly in accordance with work instructions and/or assembly drawings and appropriate guidance.
• Promote a working environment through the appropriate use of PPE.

Communication

• Clearly communicate any quality deviations during the assembly process to production leaders and/or supervisors.
• Report production status as required.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• General Education
• Studying Electrotechnical technical course.
