We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LIMS Project Manager to join eLIMS-NG Business Integration and Rollout (BnR) Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the target of business transformation projects and validate the IT organization and governance that is necessary to deliver this target. It will include benchmarking the existing applications, understanding and challenging the business needs, building transition scenarios, communication, and support to end users and business stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that the system is utilized efficiently, meets the needs of the organization, and aligns with business objectives.
Experience: 5+ years experience in Project management preferably with LIMS implementation
Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field.

Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables concurrently. Highly proficient in setting and adjusting project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Process Improvement and Change Management: Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and managing change in complex project environments. Skilled in promoting user adoption, managing resistance, and delivering training and documentation to support smooth transitions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, MS Project, Azure DevOps). Capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
