Role Overview

Smart Age Solutions is seeking an IT Director who is a strategic thinker and a hands‑on leader. This role is designed for someone who can manage a diverse team, including QA Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers. You will be responsible for upholding the integrity of our IT infrastructure, leading technological initiatives, and maintaining operational excellence in line with our SOPs. Your mission is to balance technical know‑how with commercial savvy, ensuring that every project delivers value and excellence to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies supporting the company's goals.
• Team Management: Lead a dynamic IT team, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Operational Excellence: Embed company SOPs into every aspect of project execution, ensuring consistent delivery of services.
• Software Mastery: Utilize JIRA for project management and Harvest for time tracking, aligning project execution with internal and client expectations.
• Client Engagement: Conduct impactful weekly demos, clearly communicating project value and progress to clients.
• Technical and Commercial Dexterity: Navigate effortlessly between detailed technical discussions and high‑level commercial negotiations, representing the company's interests in both realms.

Software Knowledge and Operational Excellence

• SOP Training and Compliance: Train the IT team on SOP adherence, making these standards a natural part of project workflows.
• JIRA Mastery: Structure projects within JIRA to reflect detailed process flows, timelines, and deliverables.
• Harvest Proficiency: Employ Harvest for accurate time tracking and project budgeting, ensuring all KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Client Interaction: Consistently showcases project value through regular, detailed demonstrations and updates.
• Technical and Commercial Balance: Demonstrate deep technical expertise while engaging in strategic sales discussions.
