A boutique immigration law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to manage client interactions and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include gathering information, conducting intake processes, and collaborating with the legal team. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in client intake, and proficiency in Portuguese and English. The position allows for remote work, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

Qualificações

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

  • Must handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Legal Intake Specialist.

Responsibilities

The Legal Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing initial client interactions to gather necessary information, conducting client intake processes, and ensuring a positive client experience during their first point of contact.

  • Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, collecting essential documentation, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • This role also requires collaboration with the legal team to ensure effective case handling and a smooth transition for clients into the legal process.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals
  • Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service to manage inquiries, gather information, and provide exceptional client support
  • Experience with immigration law or legal / immigration procedures is a plus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency with digital tools, case management software, and remote communication platforms
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and the candidate must be able to communicate in Spanish
  • Must be able to work full time, Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Eastern Time – U.S.)
