What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact post‑sale for enterprise software clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive revenue through continued renewal of software licensure, usage, and further software adoption
  • Proactively monitor account health and metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence product roadmap
  • Develop and manage an active sales pipeline for renewals opportunities and usage growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in software sales, customer success, or project management
  • Scientific background, particularly in molecular biology, is highly desired
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills
  • Outstanding problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed sales organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of related experience with a degree in Bioinformatics, Clinical Data Analysis, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry; advanced degrees such as a Master’s, MBA, or PhD are a plus
