We’re hiring a high-level, experienced Executive Assistant based in Brazil to work closely with U.S.-based clients — often directly with the CEO or founder. This is a long-term role for someone who’s organised, proactive, and fluent in both English and Portuguese .

Our clients are busy entrepreneurs who need reliable, self-managed support in both their personal and professional lives. If you’ve worked as a virtual executive assistant for U.S.-based companies before — especially in fast-paced, startup-style environments — this is the role for you.

What you'll do:

• Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules across time zones
• Handle emails, inbox management, follow-ups, and reminders
• Coordinate tasks, projects, and communications between teams
• Assist with research, presentations, and reporting
• Occasionally help with personal admin tasks
• Communicate fluently in English with U.S.-based executives
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Based in Brazil
• Fully fluent in English and Portuguese
• 2+ years as a virtual assistant for U.S.-based executives
• Experience working directly with CEOs, founders, or decision-makers
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRMs, and task managers
• Strong time management and the ability to self-direct
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Compensation:

$4–6 USD per hour, depending on experience.

Bonus if you have:

• Background in operations, HR, or marketing support
• Familiarity with tools like Go High Level (GHL), Airtable, or ClickUp
