This hybrid role demands expertise in HR practices across Latin America, collaboration with international teams, and oversight of employment policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of HR experience, be fluent in English and Portuguese, and possess a strong understanding of LATAM employment laws and regulations. Responsabilidades

  • Represent Enghouse Systems in HR matters.
  • Oversee employment policies and GDPR compliance.
  • Manage employer/employee union negotiations.
  • Advise leaders on HR policies and practices.
  • Maintain the Bamboo HRIS system and manage employee benefits.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape HR practices across Latin America and collaborate with global entities.

As part of our international team of HR experts, you'll be at the heart of providing top-notch HR support to Enghouse Systems businesses worldwide.

This is a Hybrid role; we expect that this person can go to the office 2-3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Enghouse Systems in HR matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing audits, and reporting to government agencies.
  • Oversee employment policies, data privacy, GDPR compliance, new hire procedures, leave policies, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage employer / employee union negotiations, ensuring fair and compliant practices.
  • Advise leaders and managers on HR policies, performance management, and workplace practices.
  • Maintain the Bamboo HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legislation.
  • Manage employee benefits, enrollments, terminations, and communication of benefits information.
  • Support projects such as employee feedback collection and surveys to continuously improve our workplace.
What We're Looking For
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, especially within LATAM.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage confidential matters with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
