We are seeking a leader to define and oversee our LATAM HR Shared Services strategy and operations. This role is essential for driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience through efficient and consistent HR services.

Knowledge & Experience
- Strategic Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive HR experience, including at least 3 years in management leading and developing teams.
- Shared Services Expertise: Experience in HR Shared Services or Service Center environments, including case management and SLA governance.
- Process Optimization: Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and HR process design.
- Compliance & Policy: Ability to evaluate compliance with standards, laws, and regulations; experience implementing and enforcing HR policies.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP HR technologies (Oracle, SAP) and HRIS applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to create and deliver presentations and training materials.
- Preferred: Master's degree, experience in global or complex environments, and exposure to service management principles.
Core Responsibilities and Tasks
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute HR Shared Services strategy for LATAM, aligning with corporate goals and ensuring service optimization.
- Operational Oversight: Manage HRSS activities across HR administration, payroll, timekeeping, policy, performance, and learning.
- Process & Systems Management: Adopt global HR processes and systems, design local processes as needed, and drive continuous improvement.
- Policy Framework: Partner with regional HR leadership to maintain and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with emerging trends.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, foster engagement, and promote a collaborative culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR IT, Employee Relations, Payroll, Total Rewards, and other key partners to deliver initiatives.
- Budget Management: Oversee HRSS budget and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and SLA compliance.
